Refund Policy
Effective date: November 5, 2026. This page summarizes Section 5 of the Terms of Service; the Terms prevail if they differ.
Credits and validity
A credit pack costs a one-time $4.99 USD and includes 20 credits, valid for 12 months from purchase. Credits that expire first are used first.
Failed generations
If a generation fails for a technical reason, the credit is restored automatically to the same pack. If a restoration does not appear, write to support@biocrafty.com.
Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
You may withdraw from a credit purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, where the law gives you that right. Credits are a digital service that starts immediately; when you start using the service during the 14 days with your express request and acknowledgment given at checkout, the right of withdrawal may be lost in whole or in part, as the law provides. Details: Terms Section 5.2 and 5.3.
Other refunds
Unused credits are otherwise not refundable if you simply change your mind or close your account, but your statutory rights always remain, including the remedies for defective digital services (Terms Section 5.4). If we permanently close the Service, we reimburse unused purchased credits (Terms Section 9.3). When a payment is refunded, the remaining credits of that pack are removed automatically. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
